Our Spring 2024 Recruitment Application is due Friday, February 9 by 11:59 pm.
Phi Delta Epsilon is a co-ed, pre-professional fraternity founded in 1908 at Cornell. Our mission is to create physicians of integrity with a life-long commitment to our guiding principles of philanthropy, deity, and education through fellowship, service, mentoring, and formal training in leadership, science, and ethics.
We are currently recruiting motivated Cornell pre-med students to join our organization as part of our Spring 2024 Recruitment cycle!

COFFEE CHATS/INFORMATION SESSIONS
Coffee Chats: Stop by for casual Icebreakers games with our Brothers and ask any of your questions about Recruitment! This event is not required to apply to PhiDE.

Information Sessions: Join our VP of Recruitment and a few members of our recruitment committee in sharing a snapshot of who we are and our experiences in PhiDE.

Part 2
MEET & GREET/PHILANTHROPY EVENTS
In the third part of recruitment, you'll have the opportunity to talk on a more individual level with our members, as well as take a peek into our philanthropic involvement.
Attendance at both events is mandatory.

Our final rounds consist of an invite-only event and a formal interview. You will receive more information if you are invited to this round.
